This Composite Part consists of Transposon Left End (BBa_K4761050), UGT85A1 (BBa_K4761002), and Transposon Right End (BBa_K4761051). It is a transposon containing the UGT85A1 gene, located on the pDonor plasmid. The pDonor plasmid carrying this transposon is named pDonor-UGT85A1. In the CRISPR RNA-guided integrase system-mediated integration of the UGT85A1 gene, it serves as the donor DNA for the UGT85A1 gene.
